Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy (including weather or medical) is as follows:
14 days prior to trip or longer – full refund;
7-14 days, if you paid in full, you get a 50% refund and the other 50% can be used for another trip during the same calendar year or used as a credit in our gift shop. If you only paid a 50% deposit, your 50% deposit can be used for another trip during the same calendar year or used as a credit in our gift shop.
Under 7 days, you can allocate all paid amounts for another trip during the same calendar year or as a credit in our gift shop.
Pet Policy
We only allow dogs as pets to our property. If you have an aggressive or fearful dog, do not bring your pet. Your dog MUST be on a leash at ALL times, NO EXCEPTIONS. We have had "friendly dogs" lunge at our staff or guests and this is not tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they do not adhere to this policy without any refund.
Are bedding and towels included in cabins? What is included with the cabin stays?
Since 2020, Widgawa has not offered bedding to be included in the cabin rentals. We do include a single fitted bed sheet on all beds and a pillow. Please bring your own bedding, pillow cases and towels.
Why are we paying for parking at Widgawa?
We do not get any funding from Killarney Provincial Park or the Ontario Parks. All the parking fees are used to maintain our driveway, parking areas and launching points.
